He's a adventurer and openness that Horiz is thrill for exploring lots of dimensions to study about the origin of their worlds and finding new materials to work on his another new inventions. He has a invention called the interdimensional wrist device on his right wrist which he build for 1 months that will allow him to travel to dimensions that Horiz can turn it on and speak to it and the device will teleport him to a new dimension. This device on his right wrist can be save that Horiz won't forget which dimension he went to and it can track objects whenever his interdimensional wrist device is blinking red that is nearby what he need. The limit of the interdimensional wrist device which he overuse it too much has a cooldown which is 5 or 10 minutes depend Horiz is in a dangerous situations.
