Alternate New World

"Alright people, take a seat." Aris said which the other researchers sit down in their seats as she clear throat and begin talking.

"You all wonder why I been gone for one day, right? I will explain to all of you which I found something you people had never seen before." She said as she turn on the projector that shows texts about 2nd and 1st dimension. "I'm going to be talking about the 2th dimension first and then the 1st dimension while I was exploring those lower dimensions during my research." She was holding the presentation remote and press the button that flip to the next slide that show the 2nd dimension is called the Isoplan Realm. "This is called the Isoplan Realm, home for all those Isoplan beings that are humanoids look like us. I discovered this world once I was inside the cave and I place my hand on the wall, but then suddenly, the wall was like it was eating me up and I ended up in the 2nd dimension."

She press the button again explaining how the 2nd dimension works there. 

"In the Isoplan Realm, this world was hard for me to move my body which my body were flatten and it took half of hours for me to get the hang of it and I needed help from them. Some beings couldn't turn left or right which is no side stepping and all of those beings lack the physical volume and use their musculoskeletal to move themselves, there is two directions that the movement is forward and backward. Some of them couldn't walk past each other without steeping over or under which is a nightmare for me and couldn't pass them."

She grab the cup and drink her water and sat it down on the table. "My legs had to exist within one plane of my body. Two dimensional beings were doing segmented sliding to move. For walking, I have to swing one leg over the other like a compass, and for vision, some of the two dimensional beings can see the outer edge of objects as points or lines.

Emi raise her hand in the air for a question.

"Yes, professor Emi, what is your question?"

"When you enter the two dimensional world during your research as your place your hand on the wall, did your entire body exploded instantly once you enter the Isoplan realm? How did you survive while you was exploring and doing research in the lower dimension?

"That's a good question, Emi. While I was doing research in the Isoplan Realm, I ask one of the two dimensional beings how I was still alive and why I didn't instantly die. They told me their realm are capable of preventing three dimensional beings to prevent our organs and intestines being flattened into a infinitely thin paper like cross section. Without it, I would be dead like 0.1 second upon entering their realm.

"That is fascinating, I need to upgrade my Dimension Viewer in the future, I'm thinking they might be more worlds in the lower dimensions if it's really possible, it will be difficult for me to have the Dimension Viewer to view 2nd and 1st Dimensions."

"It might be possible professor Emi, some of two dimensional beings might had told me there are more worlds in the lower dimensions, some told me other lower worlds are safe or not safe depend on that. For your invention, I might help you out later on and find some materials for you, it might be troublesome which will be hard for us to find some materials for your Dimension Viewer machine.

Daily raise her hand.

"Yes Professor Daily."

"I got a question, who created the realm? and why it's located in the cave and accessible for you and us for entering the 2nd dimension?" Daily said.

"Reason why it's located in the cave and why it's accessible for us to enter the 2nd dimension. The Isoplan beings somehow manage to create something on the wall which they feel and sense a world what we living in the 3th dimension, they want to explore and learn history about the 3th dimension and have freedom, but they are too scared witnessing the concept of up and down and they be feeling they are falling into an endless pit and they think it's a suddenly a massive, empty space above and below them that the Isoplan beings cannot comprehend the 3th dimension.

"Such a bummer for them feeling terrifying for them think our world is a endless pit to them, wish we can help them out."

"I agree with you Professor Daily, one day I'll find a way for the Isoplan beings not feeling scared in our world in the future." 

Aris said and press the button again and show the 1st dimension called the Filament Realm and those colors beings are called Vels. 

"These beings are called the Vels, short for Velocity or Vector which these beings are the glowing segment of a line in five different colors. Right here is the Blue Vels which they are the faster, the yellow Vels change its size dramatically, the red Vels are the slower and longer, the green Vels are stable and best for storing information, and lastly the purple Vel is only one and the rarest and mysterious entity."

"Here the 1st dimension, known as called the Filament Realm. While I was exploring the Isoplan Realm, the Isoplan beings told me they have found a even lower dimension which they have enter the realm for a visit before. This one is extreme in the Filament Realm after I descend down into the 1st dimension. in the Filament Realm, it is a world that is fundamentally a straight line and representing movement along the only axis is the x-axis. It is limited to forward or backward and It only possesses only length with no width, height, or a depth. You can't turn because there is left, up, right, and down.

Aris press the button once again and show how the 1st dimension work.

"The 1st dimension is even worse for me. It is mechanically impossible to move my normal body which took about one hour for me. For muscular contraction, the muscle cannot bulge or shift shape that I can't flex, bend and even pull a muscle. For joint rotation, all of my body parts were flattened into a single-file line of particles. My elbow couldn't bend that the Filament Realm has no sideways or up for my forearm to move into. My arms like there were trapped directly in front of or behind the torso."

Aris press the button once more again and show the danger of the 1st dimension.

"This might terrify all of you, if any 1 dimensional beings touch or pass each other, it's an absolute unavoidable nightmare. Both Vels beings will be stuck on the exact same infinitely thin line, they are trapped forever like a permanent imprisonment and effectively cutting off half of the universe for both of them and including me while I'm in the realm if I even dare get close by them, I'll be gone forever which I was very caution exploring the Filament Realm and thanks to the Isoplan beings for letting me know the danger in that realm.

"With two 1 dimensional beings trapped together, it is very painful and completely overwhelming. It will feel like a spike being driven directly into the center of their consciousness, the kinetic shockwave rippling backward through their entire linear body and it shattering their internal structure. While both beings are fused together, a electric burn can happens everywhere all at once which is brutal like imagine your cell in your body caught on fire, acidizing, or even being torn apart from the inside out violently."

"Even these 1 dimensional beings try to touch gentle, it will triggers a psychological agony. Why? They will feel an absolute immovable wall that is blocking their entire reality. They can never step away or look past the other Vels that triggers an immediate, primal panic attack."

All of the researchers were speechless and shocked at the danger of the 1st dimension.

"Oh my god... The 1st dimension sound like a absolute nightmare for you exploring that realm." Professor Scope said. 

"I agree with Professor Scope, the 1st dimension is like a dangerous realm if you and those beings touch each other, we might lose a best researcher like you. But I'm glad you came back and competely fine during your research on both lower worlds Professor Aris. Your presentation was outstanding." Professor Quake said.

"Thank you Professor Scope, I'm glad you enjoy it. You don't have to worry me that much I always be careful and be very caution around dangerous stuffs."

"Question, Professor Aris. While you researching in the Filament Realm, how did the Isoplan beings in the 2nd dimension and included you found a another way to descent down to the 1st dimension?" 

"That's a good question, the Isoplan beings show me to the location on the lowest floor to access to the Filament realm. The same I place my hand on the wall while I was in the cave, but this one is different. before I got to the 1st dimension, I kept walking down the staircase as I finally reach the bottom, the 2nd dimension vanish. Not because the Isoplan Realm was gone, it seem those staircase might had sent me to the Filament Realm which I De-evolution and becoming a line."

"Interesting... Seem those staircase has a weird ability which acts like as a geometric transformer which didn't move you, it fundamentally changes the rules of your existence once you enter the Filament Realm." Professor Scope said.

She turn off the projector which she is ending the presentation that Aris is finished.

"Alright everyone, I call it a day which everyone can now return to work and included me too. I will show the CEO once he come back from his mission which me and him will explain more about the existences of both lower realms later on. You all may leave."

The meeting was over after Professor Aris had talked about the amazing discovery of the Isoplan and Filament Realm after she research both lower worlds for one day and was completely fine after she survive in the 1st dimension without touching one of the Vels beings and return to the Global Across Network organization safe and sound.
